Roseburg Police jailed a man who had a warrant out for his arrest, on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 11:50 p.m. the 42-year old was contacted at his residence in the 200 block of Northeast Chestnut Street in regards to the warrant for third-degree theft.  He was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
