Roseburg Police cited a woman for a drug violation during a traffic stop on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at just after 7:50 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 3000 block of West Harvard Avenue. The officer allegedly observed a bindle of methamphetamine in plain view. The drug reportedly belonged to a 54-year old woman, who was a passenger.

She was cited for a violation count of unlawful possession of meth and was released at the scene.
