Seven people were cited for a city ordinance violation in seven incidents between Monday and early Tuesday, as Roseburg Police officers continue enforcement of a recent city ordinance.

An RPD report said five of the incidents took place in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. One was at Templin Beach in the 100 block of Southeast Templin Street. Another was near the corner of Northeast Renann Avenue and Northwest Stewart Parkway.

Officers contacted the people at each of these locations because their camps were not in compliance with the Time, Place and Manner ordinance. One person was also cited for prohibited outdoor burning due to a campfire.
