Roseburg Police cited a juvenile for a drug law violation on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:15 a.m. officers contacted the 13-year old female at Jo Lane Middle School in the 2100 block of Northeast Vine Street after a teacher allegedly found a vape pen in the girl’s possession.

She was cited for a violation count of unlawful possession of marijuana and was released to a guardian.
