Roseburg Police jailed a man for driving while suspended on Monday.

An RPD report said at 1:30 p.m. an officer observed the 60-year old driving on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard near Northwest Hicks Street, and knew his license was suspended. The officer confirmed the suspension and pulled the vehicle over. The driver was taken into custody without incident. He was detained on $6,250 bail and was released later in the day.
