The City of Roseburg and the Oregon Department of Transportation are extending the online open house for the Diamond Lake Boulevard/OR 138E Design Concept Plan to December 1st.

Both agencies are working to identify safety and mobility improvements to the road, so the corridor better serves the community’s needs now and into the future. Those who go to the site, can provide comments about the plan.
