A Sutherlin man was jailed following alleged criminal trespass early Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 1:00 a.m. the 25-year old allegedly broke a victim’s window in the 3500 block of Northwest Broad Street. He then reportedly made entry into the residence where a verbal argument allegedly occurred. The man admitted that he no longer lived at that location and only wanted to talk to the victim.

He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief. The man was detained on $12,500 bail.
