Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged disorderly conduct incident early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 6:00 a.m. the 31-year old was allegedly seen placing cones in the roadway in the 1800 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard, which was impacting vehicular traffic. The suspect had been warned a few hours earlier not to place cones in the middle of the roadway.

The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
