Roseburg Police jailed a woman after an alleged DUII incident early Saturday.

An RPD report said at 12:20 a.m. an officer allegedly watched a driver miss her turn into a business in the 2600 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and have to turn around. When the woman parked her SUV at the business, it reportedly struck a pole, but didn’t cause any damage. Officers contacted her and a passenger in the vehicle.

28-year old Miranda Vierra was allegedly obviously impaired. She refused standard field sobriety tests and was arrested. At the jail, Vierra refused to provide a breath sample and eventually asked for a lawyer. Officers applied for a search warrant and served it by having her blood drawn.

Vierra was charged with DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another. She was held on $22,250 bail.
