A teen was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana by someone under age 21 on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 4:30 p.m. the male contacted at Jo Lane Middle School in the 2300 block of Northeast Vine Street. The report said the 14-year old admitted to owning the vape pen and marijuana dabs with it. He was cited and released to a parent.
