The Salvation Army in Roseburg will have a Harvest Party on October 31st.

The evening is designed to be a safe environment for youngsters to enjoy. Hot dogs, chips and a beverage will be served, followed by games and activities, and cotton candy. It will be held at the Salvation Army’s facility at 2130 Northeast Stephens Street.
