A Roseburg man was jailed on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct on Monday.
An Roseburg Police report said just before 2:15 p.m. an officer contacted the 33-year old regarding his behavior in the 1200 block of Northeast Walnut Street, which was called in by two separate parties. The man was allegedly screaming, flailing his arms and running across the roadway. After a short foot pursuit, the man was placed in custody.
Bail was set at $2,500.
