A Roseburg man was jailed by Roseburg Police for alleged disorderly conduct on Saturday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. officers responded after a caller said a man was causing a disturbance at Abby’s Pizza in the 2500 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. When officers asked the 26-year old suspect to leave, he ran out the door and into the road, yelling at motorists asking them to hit him. The man reportedly caused traffic to stop to avoid hitting him.

He was detained on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
