Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said last week the 46-year old man and 40-year old woman were camped out at the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard when camps were posted. On Thursday at 8:00 a.m. the man was found still set up in the same location while the woman had moved about 200 feet, but was still in the duck pond nature area.

The pair were both informed when officers posted the camp that no camping was allowed in the duck pond area. Both were cited and released on the scene.
