Winston Police jailed a woman for alleged disorderly conduct on Tuesday.

A WPD report said at about 9:00 p.m. officers contacted Angela Osburn in the 100 block of Cary Street. Osburn was reported to be acting disorderly by screaming and yelling in the street which was causing alarm to the surrounding residents. The 45-year old had a warrant out for her arrest on a failure to appear charge.

Osburn was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and for the warrant. She was detained on $15,000 bail.
