Roseburg Police cited a woman for improper use of 911 on Tuesday afternoon.

Information from RPD said at about 4:50 p.m. officers contacted the 39-year old at her residence in the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens Street, regarding her allegedly calling 911 to report a non-emergency. The woman had already been warned on several occasions by law enforcement and the fire department about the proper use of 911

The woman was released after the citation was issued.
