The League of Women Voters of the Umpqua Valley has a fall speaker series titled, “Creating a Roadmap to Common Ground: Learning from Community Leaders”.

Sarah McGregor, director of the Feeding Umpqua program of the United Community Action Network will talk about the issue of food insecurity in Douglas County. McGregor will share information about who is being impacted, the needs and how they can be met. The meeting will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Roseburg Public Library.
