Two vehicles crashed during the afternoon rush hour on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 5:00 p.m. a caller said the accident happened in front of a business in the 1500 block of Southeast Stephens Street. Officers determined that the driver of an SUV changed lanes without ensuring that the lane was clear. She was cited for making an unlawful lane change. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
