Sutherlin Downtown Development Inc. will bring Halloween to Central Avenue with the annual Trunk or Treat on Saturday October 28th.

Festivities will run from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Activities will include a scarecrow contest, giveaway items, a photo station, and food trucks to feed Halloween revelers.
