Staff with the Douglas Forest Protective Association have scheduled prescribed pasture burns for Thursday.

*10:30 a.m. – Fair Oaks/Nonpareil Road areas including Bonanza Mine Road

*11:00 a.m. – Winston/Dillard areas with smoke visible from Winston, Dillard, Interstate 5 and Highway 42

*12:00 p.m. – Chadwick Lane in Tri-City. Highly visible from Interstate 5 between milepost 103 and milepost 106 and behind South Umpqua High School

*In the Riddle area near Riddle Bypass Road. Smoke will be visible from Riddle. It will start after the previous fire is complete

*In the Pruner Road area across from DR Johnson Lumber. Will start after Riddle Bypass Road fire is complete

*1:00 p.m. -Oakland and Metz Hill areas. Smoke will be visible from Elk Road, Hogan Road and Interstate 5.
