Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged hit and run incident on Tuesday.

Information from RPD said at 6:00 p.m. the 65-year old’s vehicle reportedly ran into a second vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. A witness left a note with information on the victim’s vehicle. An officer located the driver and cited him for failure to perform the duties of a driver, driving while suspended-violation and driving uninsured.
