Roseburg Police arrested a fugitive after an incident Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 4:30 p.m. staff from an organization said an intoxicated man was wandering on their property in the 500 block of West Umpqua Street and was disrupting their work. An officer contacted a 69-year old man who was allegedly extremely intoxicated and found to have a warrant for this arrest.

He was taken into custody and sent to Detox.
