Roseburg Police arrested a man for alleged harassment on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 8:30 p.m. officers responded to a residence in the 2100 block of Northeast Klamath Avenue after a caller said there was a disturbance. Officers learned that a 65-year old man had allegedly punched a victim in the face during an argument. The men were separated without issue and the suspect was cited and released after the arrest.
