Wildlife Safari is announcing that its annual Benefit Dinner and Auction, held on September 8th, exceeded all expectations, raising over $174,000 for the Rhino Boma Expansion project.

Marketing Director Michael Burns said the project is a vital step in safeguarding the future of these creatures. Burns said the expansion will provide an enriched environment for mother rhinos and their calves to strengthen the bond between them. By contributing to the project, supporters of Wildlife Safari are directly ensuring that the connection between mother and baby remains unbreakable until the young ones are ready to explore the world and join the rest of the rhinos in the drive thru.
