Roseburg Police arrested a man inside the Roseburg School District office early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:20 a.m. officers responded to an alarm at the building in the 1400 block of Northwest Valley View Drive. 59-year old Stephan Thill was allegedly located inside. He had reportedly gotten in by breaking a window. Thill was charged with second-degree counts of burglary and criminal mischief and for first-degree theft.

Due to unrelated medical complications, Thill was cited and released.
