The Roseburg City Council will have a light agenda for its meeting Monday night.

Pacific Power Regional Business Manager Sam Carter will have a special presentation regarding the utility.

Roseburg Public Library Director Kris Wiley will review the library’s annual statistical report, which is being submitted to the State Library of Oregon.

Councilors will review audience participation guidelines for council meetings and suggest changes and additions.

Community Development Director Stuart Cowie will go over the National Flood Insurance Program which is administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Councilors will consider a staff recommendation to implement public outreach efforts towards increasing flood insurance coverage in the City of Roseburg.
