A semi-truck rolled on Interstate Five two miles south of Canyonville on Thursday afternoon.

An Oregon State Police report said at 4:20 p.m. the rig was northbound when the driver lost control while negotiating a corner. The semi was hauling a large steel pipe which dislodged from the trailer and came to rest on the shoulder. There were 6 rails and multiple guardrail posts that were damaged from the crash.

The northbound lanes of the freeway in the accident area were closed while the debris was cleaned up and until the semi could be towed away. The driver was not injured.
