Roseburg Police charged a man for public indecency, second-degree disorderly conduct and for a parole violation on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:45 p.m. officers received numerous phone calls regarding a naked man in the 700 block of West Harvard Avenue.  He was located and eventually taken into custody.
