A 10-year old was cited on an assault charge at a school on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 1:15 p.m. officers responded to Fullerton IV Elementary on West Bradford Avenue regarding an “out of control” juvenile. The male had allegedly punched, kicked and bit an adult during an altercation, causing injuries to the victim’s shoulder.

The child was charged with fourth-degree assault.
