Roseburg Police cited a woman on a littering charge after contacting her Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. 40-year old Ashleigh Green was contacted at her camp along the bike path near Interstate Five and Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Green had been issued a citation a couple of weeks ago for offensive littering and third-degree criminal mischief. At that time, the woman reportedly had about 1,000 pounds of rocks in her camp and was instructed to remove them. Thursday when being checked on, she allegedly had 1,500 pounds of rocks in the camp, as well as trash all around it.

Green has also been warned numerous times of the time, place and manner camping ordinance. The woman was cited for offensive littering, third-degree criminal mischief and for prohibited camping. Green was released after the citation was issued.
