The Roseburg City Council will have a varied agenda at its meeting Monday night.
Umpqua Community College President Dr. Rachel Pokrandt will make a presentation regarding projects the school has in the downtown area.
Mayor Larry Rich will make a proclamation for September being Recovery Month and designating September 30th as Douglas County Recovery Road 5k Day.
Councilors will hear a request to add an additional position in the Finance Department. They will receive a staff presentation regarding the process of bringing a construction project to fruition. The council will vote on a contract ratification for staff represented by the International Association of Firefighters. Wage increases of 5 percent have been included for each year of the three-year agreement.
