Roseburg Police jailed a man following a traffic stop on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at approximately 4:10 p.m. an officer contacted 23-year old Andrew Easterbrook in the parking lot of businesses in the 100 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard, after watching him drive onto the property knowing his license was suspended at the misdemeanor level. His probation officer was contacted and issued a detainer on Easterbrook. During a consent search of the vehicle, the officer allegedly located suspected fentanyl.

Easterbrook was charged with driving while suspended-misdemeanor, unlawful possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance and for a probation violation. He was detained without bail.
