Roseburg Police cited a man for unlawful possession of a violation amount of a Schedule 2 controlled substance on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 11:00 a.m. officers responded to the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street regarding individuals who were allegedly using drugs in the parking lot of a business. A small amount of fentanyl was reportedly found during a consent search. The 37-year old was released after the citation was issued.
