Roseburg Police cited a man following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday.

The RPD report said at 12:25 p.m. two vehicles were headed north on Northwest Edenbower Boulevard just north of Stewart Parkway when traffic backed up. A 20-year old man told officers he was on his phone and when he looked up, he couldn’t stop in time and his sedan hit a minivan operated by a 73-year old Roseburg woman.

No one was injured. The driver that caused the wreck was cited for no operator’s license, driving uninsured, following too closely and for operation of a motor vehicle while using a cell phone. His vehicle was towed from the scene. The second vehicle was able to be driven away.
