Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering on Tuesday morning.

Information from RPD said at about 8:50 a.m. officers contacted the man in his camp near the corner of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and Northwest Aviation Drive, on the hillside just north of the Roseburg Regional Airport. The suspect allegedly had about two trash bags worth of trash strewn all around the outside of his tent.

After being cited, the man was given trash bags, instructed to clean up his mess and was educated on the camping ordinance.
