Roseburg Police jailed a man in a criminal conspiracy case early Sunday.

An RPD report said just after 1:30 a.m. the 32-year old was contacted in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street after he allegedly agreed to sell fentanyl to an undercover police officer. The suspect did not have any drugs on his person. He was charged with conspiracy to commit at Class C Felony and for second-degree trespass. The man was held without bail.
