In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Music in the Park continues its summer concert series at Millsite Park in Myrtle Creek Thursday night. Timberwolf from Coos Bay will play what are called “good to dance to covers”.

The event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Those attending should bring a blanket or chair. Food and drinks are available on site and nearby. Concert goers can also bring their own meal. Dogs are allowed if kept under control and cleaned up after.

Music in the Park concludes for the year next Thursday night with That Other Band.

Concerts are coordinated by the Myrtle Creek-Tri City Area Chamber of Commerce and are one hundred percent supported by donations, grants and gifts.
