A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for first-degree criminal trespass early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:10 a.m. officers contacted the 39-year old regarding a camp that caught fire near the railroad tracks in the 2400 block of Northeast Stephens Street.  The man admitted it was his camp but was unsure what caused the fire. He was released after the citation was issued.
