Two motorcyclists were hospitalized following a highway wreck on Sunday.

An Oregon State Police report said at about 4:30 p.m. a sedan was westbound about a mile and a half east of Elkton when it collided with the eastbound motorcycles near the center line of Highway 38. Both motorcyclists, residents of Washington State, were transported by air to PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield. Each was listed in fair condition at last check, according to a hospital spokesperson.

The driver of the sedan had minor injuries. All three vehicles were towed. The OSP report did not indicate that any citations were issued.
