A Roseburg woman was jailed after an alleged DUII/assault incident early Saturday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 12:45 a.m. officers responded to a vehicle versus bicyclist accident in the 400 block of West Harvard Avenue. The driver had left the scene but was contacted a few minutes later during a traffic stop where she showed signs of impairment. 21-year old Ramsey Todd admitted that her vehicle hit the bicyclist and told officers she was drunk, according to the report. She was taken into custody and at the jail provided a breath sample that showed her blood alcohol level at .09 percent.

Todd was charged with DUII, third-degree assault, recklessly endangering another person, and a felony count of failure to perform the duties of a driver. She was detained without bail.

The bicyclist was transferred to PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield. The man was not listed as a patient as of Monday morning. The vehicle was towed as evidence.
