The Yoncalla Rodeo is happening Friday and Saturday.

The Northwest Professional Rodeo Association event is being held in a new location, at 8501 Rice Valley Road.

Gates open each day at 1:00 p.m. Kids events take place at 2:00 p.m. with the Grand Entry at 4:00 p.m.

NPRA activities include bareback riding, team roping, break away roping, steer wrestling, barrel racing, bull riding and more. Kids will have the junior barrels, mutton busting, calf riding and steer riding.

Food trucks, a beer garden, and a water booth will all be on site. Admission is $15 for adults, seniors age sixty and over get in for $10, kids age six to thirteen are admitted for $5 and kids age five and under are free.
