Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged distribution of methamphetamine on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 11:15 a.m. officers observed the 37-year old and another man exchange what appeared to be a bindle of meth, in the 500 block of Southeast Jackson Street. Officers confronted the suspect, who admitted to giving the second man meth.

The report said officers could clearly see some of the drug on the second man’s hand and collected it as evidence. The suspect was cited in lieu of custody,
