A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged theft incident on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 7:30 p.m. 31-year old Blake Cadger allegedly stole a to-go order and was confronted by an employee at a business in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Cadger reportedly proceeded to cause a scene and spat on one employee and one customer.

He was charged with third-degree theft, harassment and for a parole violation. Bail was set at $3,750.
