Roseburg Police jailed a woman for alleged criminal mischief and trespass on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 11:30 a.m. officers contacted the 34-year old at a business in the 900 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The woman allegedly repeatedly refused to leave the motel and was extremely intoxicated. The woman was taken into custody and then reportedly began to spit in the back of the patrol vehicle.

She was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. The woman was held on $2,500 bail.
