Roseburg Police cited a man for depositing trash within one hundred yards of a waterway on Monday.

An RPD report said last week the 53-year old was warned for having trash all over his camp site as well as camping against time, place and manner restrictions. On Monday at 2:10 p.m. the suspect was contacted at his camp, which was about fifty feet from his previous camp site, near the corner of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Edenbower Drive. The location was on Oregon Department of Transportation property.

The man was cited again, because his camp was set up about fifty feet from Newton Creek.
