Yoncalla High School has named Chelsea Ross as its new principal.

Ross has been in education for the past twelve years. She started her career at Phoenix Charter School before coming to Yoncalla High as a middle school teacher in 2016. After completing her administrative degree program, she took on a new role with Yoncalla as the Dean of Students in 2021. In that role, she focused on supporting student academics, behaviors and increasing attendance.
