Winston Police jailed a man after a reported disturbance on Wednesday.

The WPD report said 37-year old Damien Harrington was taken into custody after the alleged incident in the 300 block of Broc Drive. He was charged with two counts of fourth-degree felony assault, strangulation, unlawful use of a weapon, and for a probation violation.

Harrington was detained without bail.
