DCSO JAILS MAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED THEFT/TRESPASS

Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a man following an alleged theft and trespass incident on Tuesday.

A DCSO report said just after 5:30 p.m. a deputy responded for an active incident in the 200 block of Webber Road in north county. The deputy later arrested 57-year old Daniel Jackson and charged him with second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and heroin, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and for being a felon in possession of a restricted firearm.

Jackson was detained without bail. No further information was released on the case.
