ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR ALLEGED THEFT AND FRAUD

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for alleged theft and fraud on Saturday.

An RPD report said officers took a report from a woman who had her car keys and wallet stolen from the Roseburg Public Library. Two debit cards were allegedly used at a business on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Officers recovered video surveillance and positively identified the suspect as Sara Guerrero.

Officers contacted the 43-year old Guerrero at about 2:00 p.m. near the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The suspect admitted to stealing the items and returned the wallet and keys to the officers. Three different charges were reportedly made between the two debit cards.

Guerrero was charged with three counts each of fraudulent use of a credit card, and computer crime along with second degree theft. She was held on $5,000 bail.
