Roseburg Police jailed a man following alleged trespass and theft on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 1:30 p.m. officers contacted the 47-year old after Sherm’s Thunderbird in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway had detained him for allegedly taking items from the front of the store.

The man had previously been trespassed from the business six times. The suspect was charged with first-degree trespass and for third-degree theft. He was detained without bail.
